How to Become a Feel Welle Provider
1. Submit your Information
Fill out the required information in the‚ Become a Provider‘ section and upload the required documents. For verification purposes You will need to upload the following
-A Photo ID such as Your Passport or Drivers License
-Your Professional License
-Proof of Registration for VAT purposes
2. Reviewing Process
After passing our initial reviewing process, we will get in touch with You via email and/or phone and may schedule a call or an in person meeting. If then Your application is accepted, we will provide You with a login, and all information needed for success on our platform.
3. Start Earning
Have Your mobile supply kit ready and start accepting appointments on Your own schedule through the app.
